Badly manged, not skilled worker, shouldn’t be trusted.
Back on July 2017 We bought 3 Craft Split Air-conditiobs unites with delivery and instllation from B-tech Sharm El Shiekh, after too many missing with the time, finely instlaled but only one worked, the other two were badly installed and the external unites looked used and the installation was done on old blocked pipes, so we had to break walls, buy and instsll new pipes on our cost.
5 month’s later the same unites brook again even they weren’t switched on all the winter we found out the main board were burned, it is not normal that in less than 6 months the unites brook down twice.
I believe the fitter weren’t honest and the company is responsible about the work and providing good service.
So I don’t recommand that you truss this company if you don’t have a choice to buy from them so be there while they are doing the eork and check and test everything they do.

I agree with you as I hade a similar experience when I bought a kittle and it broke down after 1 months and I took it back and I was told our maintenance well get in touch with me but nothing happened and I made another mistake and bought another one from them and the same thing happened again after a few months and this time I spoke with the manager and he called the maintenance guy and I was told there is no spare parts for that model and it wasn’t even a year old ??? So B-Tick just lost a lint S I well never buy anything from them anymore.
